Welcome to the PGR ID Request System

Before proceeding with your ID request, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions, including our data privacy commitment.

Data Privacy Act Commitment

IMPORTANT: Your personal data will NOT be shared with any third parties and will only be used for the purpose of processing your Provincial Government ID.

The Provincial Government of Romblon (PGR) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Data Collection and Use
  • We collect personal information solely for the purpose of creating and issuing your Provincial Government ID
  • Your data will be used exclusively for identification, verification, and official government transactions
  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information
  • Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only
Data Protection Commitment
  • Your personal information will NOT be sold, traded, or shared with third parties
  • We do not use your data for marketing or commercial purposes
  • Your information will only be retained for as long as necessary for the stated purpose
  • You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data

Terms and Conditions

By using the PGR ID Request System, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

This service is available to bonafide employees and officials of the Provincial Government of Romblon. By submitting a request, you certify that all information provided is true and accurate.

2. Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Providing false information may result in denial of your ID request and appropriate disciplinary action.

3. Photo and Signature Requirements

Submitted photos must be recent (taken within the last 6 months), show full face front view with a plain white background, and meet the specified dimensions. Signatures must be clear and legible.

4. Processing Time

ID requests typically take 5-10 working days to process after submission and approval. You will be notified via email or SMS regarding the status of your request.

5. ID Collection

Approved IDs must be collected in person at the designated office with valid identification. IDs not collected within 30 days of notification may be subject to additional verification.

6. Lost or Damaged IDs

Report lost or damaged IDs immediately to the PGR Information Technology Office. Replacement fees may apply for lost or damaged IDs.

7. System Usage

You agree not to misuse the ID Request System or attempt to compromise its security. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer

The Provincial Government of Romblon reserves the right to:

  • Verify all submitted information through official records
  • Reject ID requests that do not meet requirements
  • Update these terms and conditions as needed
  • Suspend or terminate the ID Request System for maintenance or upgrades
